• Subscription Data: We track your subscription plan (Personalised or Premium), billing history, and account status.

This information is used to provide you with access to talent profiles, enable messaging features, and manage your subscription. We allow recruiters to reach out to talents through our platform, which is how we sustain our service.

10. Talent Profile Visibility

As a talent, you have control over who can see your profile:

• Visible to Premium Recruiters: Your profile can be seen by recruiters with Premium subscriptions
• Visible to Personalised Recruiters: Your profile can be seen by recruiters with Personalised (free) subscriptions
• Hidden: Your profile is not visible to any recruiters

By default, new talent profiles are visible to both Premium and Personalised recruiters. You can change these settings at any time in your account dashboard.

11. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
