This Refund Policy explains our policy regarding refunds for subscription services provided by Interstack. By subscribing to our Premium recruiter plan, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

Interstack offers subscription-based services for recruiters, including Personalised (free) and Premium (paid) plans. This policy applies specifically to paid Premium subscriptions.

2. Subscription Plans

Personalised Plan (Free)

Our Personalised plan is free and does not require payment. As such, no refunds apply to this plan.

Premium Plan (Paid)

Our Premium plan is a paid subscription service priced at £39 per user per month. This plan provides enhanced features including access to all talent videos and premium profiles.

3. General Refund Policy

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. Once a payment has been processed for a Premium subscription, we do not provide refunds except in the following circumstances:

  • As required by applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction
  • In cases of technical errors on our part that prevent you from accessing the service
  • If we are unable to provide the service due to circumstances beyond your control

Important: If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to Premium features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds will be provided for the remaining days in your billing cycle.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your Premium subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

When you cancel:

  • Your subscription will not automatically renew
  • You will retain access to Premium features until the end of your paid period
  • After the billing period ends, your account will revert to the Personalised (free) plan
  • No refund will be issued for the current billing period

5. Billing Disputes

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly or have a billing dispute, please contact us immediately at hello@interstack.net.

We will investigate all billing disputes promptly and work with you to resolve any issues. If an error is found on our part, we will issue an appropriate refund or credit.

6. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or dispute a payment through your payment provider, we reserve the right to:

  • Immediately suspend or terminate your account
  • Dispute the chargeback with your payment provider
  • Provide evidence of service delivery and your agreement to our terms

We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback, as we are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly.

7. Changes to Subscription Pricing

We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing at any time. If we increase the price of your subscription:

  • We will notify you at least 30 days in advance of the price change
  • You will have the option to cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect
  • If you do not cancel, the new price will apply to your next billing cycle

8. Consumer Rights (UK/EU)

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom or European Union, you have certain statutory rights regarding refunds:

  • 14-Day Cooling-Off Period: If you are a consumer, you may have the right to cancel your subscription within 14 days of purchase and receive a full refund, unless you have already started using the service.
  • Faulty Service: If the service is not as described or does not work as expected, you may be entitled to a refund under consumer protection laws.
