2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials on Interstack's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the website
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. User Accounts

We offer different types of accounts:

• Talent Accounts: For individuals sharing their career stories and connecting with recruiters
• Recruiter Accounts: For recruiters seeking to connect with talents. Available in Personalised (free) and Premium (paid) plans
• Admin Accounts: For platform administrators

You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to take sole responsibility for any activities or actions under your account.

4. Content Submission

If you submit content to Interstack (including but not limited to story submissions, videos, talent profiles, messages, or other materials), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and distribute such content for the purpose of operating and promoting our services, including allowing recruiters to view your profile and content based on your visibility settings.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to the content you submit
• Your content does not violate any third-party rights
• Your content is not defamatory, obscene, or otherwise unlawful
• Your content does not contain viruses or other harmful code
• Your profile information is accurate and truthful
• You have the right to share any videos or images you upload

5. Intellectual Property

The Interstack website and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Interstack and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our services:

• In any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• To transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful data
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Interstack or any employee, representative, or affiliate
• To engage in any automated use of the system, such as using scripts to send comments or messages
• To interfere with or disrupt the website or servers connected to the website
• To collect or harvest any personally identifiable information from the website

7. Disclaimer

The materials on Interstack's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. Interstack makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Further, Interstack does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

8. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall Interstack or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Interstack's website, even if Interstack or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

9. Recruiter Services and Subscriptions

We offer subscription-based services for recruiters:

• Personalised Plan: Free plan with basic access to talent profiles and messaging features
• Premium Plan: Paid subscription (£39 per user per month) with enhanced features including access to all talent videos and premium profiles

By subscribing to our recruiter services, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees as described in your subscription plan
• Use the service only for legitimate recruitment purposes
• Respect talent privacy and visibility settings
• Not share or redistribute talent information outside our platform
• Comply with all applicable data protection and privacy laws

Subscriptions are managed through Stripe and will automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.

Refund Policy: Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.

10. Talent Profile and Visibility

As a talent using our platform:

• You control who can see your profile through visibility settings
• You can choose to be visible to all recruiters, only premium recruiters, or hide your profile
• You can upload videos and content to your profile
• You can communicate with recruiters through our messaging system
• You understand that recruiters may reach out to you through our platform

We allow recruiters to reach out to you through our platform, which is how we sustain our service. You are not obligated to respond to any recruiter messages, and you can block or report any inappropriate behavior.

11. Links to Third-Party Websites

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Interstack. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that Interstack shall not be responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused by or in connection with the use of any such content or services.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms of Use. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

If you are a recruiter with an active subscription, termination of your account does not automatically cancel your subscription. You must cancel your subscription separately through your account dashboard or by contacting us.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms of Use at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
