AI agents that do
real work.
Agents that answer customers, qualify leads, handle support and run research, working from your own tools and data, with the guardrails you need to trust them.
What an agent can take on
Customer support
Answers questions from your help docs and order data, and hands over to a person when it should.
Lead qualification
Asks the right questions, scores new leads and books calls with the ones worth your time.
Inbox and ticket triage
Reads incoming emails and tickets, sorts them, drafts replies and flags anything urgent.
Research and reports
Gathers information from the web and your own systems and turns it into a clear summary.
Internal knowledge assistant
Lets your team ask questions about policies, processes and documents in plain English.
Operations
Updates records across your tools, chases missing information and keeps things moving.
How we build it
Step by step, with you involved throughout
-
01
Pick the right task
We find the job where an agent saves the most time with the least risk.
-
02
Prototype on your data
You see it working on real examples from your business, not a demo.
-
03
Add guardrails
Human approval where it matters, clear limits and a log of everything it does.
-
04
Launch and monitor
We watch how it performs, fix what it gets wrong and keep improving it.
Proof, not promises
AI we already run in production
Our own products use AI every day. Every message sent through our contact forms is checked by Claude for spam, and Interstack Stories drafts talent profiles from CVs for people to review and edit.

Questions
Will an AI agent make things up?
Agents work best when they answer from your own data rather than general knowledge. We ground them in your documents and systems, limit what they can do, and add human approval for anything important.
Is our data safe?
We use the business APIs from providers like Anthropic and OpenAI, which do not train their models on your data by default. We only connect the systems the agent actually needs.
How long does it take to build an agent?
A focused agent for one task can usually be live in a few weeks. Larger agents that connect to several systems take longer, and you see progress every week.
What does it cost to run?
On top of the build, AI providers charge based on usage. We estimate running costs before we start, so there are no surprises.
