About the role

Description Overview We are looking for a Client Success Manager (Performance Marketing) to join our growing global team. In this role, you will own a portfolio of client accounts end-to-end: setting account strategy, guiding success plans tied to business KPIs, driving growth…

You will work closely with a small, friendly team and take on more as you settle in. Most days start with a short catch-up, then plenty of time for the work itself.

What you will do

• Look after the day-to-day running of your area
• Work with the people around you to plan the week ahead
• Share what you learn and help newer members of the team
• Keep things tidy, on time and to a high standard

About you

You care about doing good work, you are happy to ask questions, and you like being part of a team that looks out for each other.

What you get

Fair pay, time to learn, flexible hours where the work allows, and people who will be glad you joined.
