About the role

📍 Sheffield Hybrid - 3 days per week in office (2 of which will be Tues/Weds, 3rd day being either side of this), 2 working remotely. We’re looking for an autonomous, commercially-minded Commercial & Retention Manager to protect and grow ARR across our SMB customer base.…

You will work closely with a small, friendly team and take on more as you settle in. Most days start with a short catch-up, then plenty of time for the work itself.

What you will do

• Look after the day-to-day running of your area
• Work with the people around you to plan the week ahead
• Share what you learn and help newer members of the team
• Keep things tidy, on time and to a high standard
