About the role

As an Industrialization Engineer, Instruments, you will play a key role in bringing our surgical instruments and accessories from design to production. You will define manufacturing strategy, develop processes and/or lines, and transfer the design to our contract manufacturers…

You will work closely with a small, friendly team and take on more as you settle in. Most days start with a short catch-up, then plenty of time for the work itself.

What you will do

• Look after the day-to-day running of your area
• Work with the people around you to plan the week ahead
• Share what you learn and help newer members of the team
• Keep things tidy, on time and to a high standard
