About the Role We are looking for an organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Dispatcher to coordinate non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) services for patients and members in the United States. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating transportation…

You will work closely with a small, friendly team and take on more as you settle in. Most days start with a short catch-up, then plenty of time for the work itself.

What you will do

• Look after the day-to-day running of your area
• Work with the people around you to plan the week ahead
• Share what you learn and help newer members of the team
• Keep things tidy, on time and to a high standard
