About the role

About the role Help train and evaluate AI agents that work inside a real CAD environment on long engineering tasks, work that would take an expert 10–15 hours. You'll design part geometry, build reference solutions, and judge the agent's attempts. You'll work alongside CFD…

You will work closely with a small, friendly team and take on more as you settle in. Most days start with a short catch-up, then plenty of time for the work itself.

What you will do

• Look after the day-to-day running of your area
• Work with the people around you to plan the week ahead
• Share what you learn and help newer members of the team
• Keep things tidy, on time and to a high standard
