About the role

VirtueStaff is seeking a detail-oriented Legal Intake Specialist to manage front-line client onboarding and administrative operations for a family and estate planning law practice. In this role, the specialist will answer inbound calls, conduct initial client intakes, execute…

You will work closely with a small, friendly team and take on more as you settle in. Most days start with a short catch-up, then plenty of time for the work itself.
