About This Role This is a guest-facing email coordination role at a fast-growing luxury travel and concierge company. Day- to-day, you’ll be the primary link between guests and the hotels and suppliers that make their experiences exceptional — gathering trip details,…

You will work closely with a small, friendly team and take on more as you settle in. Most days start with a short catch-up, then plenty of time for the work itself.

• Look after the day-to-day running of your area
• Work with the people around you to plan the week ahead
• Share what you learn and help newer members of the team
• Keep things tidy, on time and to a high standard
