About the role

THE MANDATE Peggy is building a category-defining AI assistant for parents. Our growth engine will be Meta (IG/FB) video ads, driven by high-velocity creative iteration. Your job is not “run ads.” Your job is to build a repeatable creative-performance system that turns raw…

You will work closely with a small, friendly team and take on more as you settle in. Most days start with a short catch-up, then plenty of time for the work itself.

What you will do

• Look after the day-to-day running of your area
• Work with the people around you to plan the week ahead
• Share what you learn and help newer members of the team
• Keep things tidy, on time and to a high standard
