This role supports Datadog's immigration and employee mobility programs across the Americas, helping employees and new hires navigate immigration processes, work authorization requirements, and relocations. You'll partner with employees, Recruiting, People teams, Legal, and…

You will work closely with a small, friendly team and take on more as you settle in. Most days start with a short catch-up, then plenty of time for the work itself.

• Look after the day-to-day running of your area

• Share what you learn and help newer members of the team
• Keep things tidy, on time and to a high standard
