Rutter Mills LLP, a leading personal injury law firm in Hampton Roads, is seeking an experienced and client-focused Pre-Litigation Paralegal to join our team. This role supports attorneys and clients throughout the personal injury claim process before a case enters litigation.…

You will work closely with a small, friendly team and take on more as you settle in. Most days start with a short catch-up, then plenty of time for the work itself.

What you will do

• Look after the day-to-day running of your area
• Work with the people around you to plan the week ahead
• Share what you learn and help newer members of the team
• Keep things tidy, on time and to a high standard
