About the role

Scope: The Case Manager Assistant assists the RN Case Manager in performing necessary functions using the case management process in order to meet the needs of the MedWatch, LLC customers and consumers. This includes, but is not limited to: authorization of services, review of…

You will work closely with a small, friendly team and take on more as you settle in. Most days start with a short catch-up, then plenty of time for the work itself.

• Look after the day-to-day running of your area
• Work with the people around you to plan the week ahead
• Share what you learn and help newer members of the team
• Keep things tidy, on time and to a high standard
