The Contracts Manager will lead QAD’s global day-to-day contract operations and serve as a trusted, solution-minded partner to Sales, Deal Desk, Customer Success, Procurement, Finance, and Professional Services. Positioned ideally in the Eastern Time Zone to extend operational…

You will work closely with a small, friendly team and take on more as you settle in. Most days start with a short catch-up, then plenty of time for the work itself.

• Share what you learn and help newer members of the team
• Keep things tidy, on time and to a high standard
