About the role

Summary: Invision HR is a boutique HR Consulting agency. We're looking for a mid-senior HR Consultant to take full ownership of the HR function for two of our core SME client accounts (who operate in different industries). You will effectively act as the HR lead within each…

You will work closely with a small, friendly team and take on more as you settle in. Most days start with a short catch-up, then plenty of time for the work itself.

What you will do

• Look after the day-to-day running of your area
• Work with the people around you to plan the week ahead
• Share what you learn and help newer members of the team
• Keep things tidy, on time and to a high standard

About you

You care about doing good work, you are happy to ask questions, and you like being part of a team that looks out for each other.

What you get

Fair pay, time to learn, flexible hours where the work allows, and people who will be glad you joined.
