About the role

We're looking for a Senior Travel Concierge to join a fast-growing tech-enabled travel concierge service built for modern travelers. This is not just a customer-facing role. You will manage your own portfolio of high-touch clients, run shift operations for the team, mentor…

You will work closely with a small, friendly team and take on more as you settle in. Most days start with a short catch-up, then plenty of time for the work itself.

What you will do

• Look after the day-to-day running of your area
• Work with the people around you to plan the week ahead
• Share what you learn and help newer members of the team
• Keep things tidy, on time and to a high standard
