About the role

ISTA Personnel Solutions is a dynamic and fast-growing BPO company. We are not a recruitment agency — we operate as a dedicated extension of our U.S.-based clients' teams, delivering high-quality service with precision, efficiency, and a personal touch. We are recruiting to place…

You will work closely with a small, friendly team and take on more as you settle in. Most days start with a short catch-up, then plenty of time for the work itself.

• Work with the people around you to plan the week ahead
• Share what you learn and help newer members of the team
• Keep things tidy, on time and to a high standard

About you

You care about doing good work, you are happy to ask questions, and you like being part of a team that looks out for each other.

What you get

Fair pay, time to learn, flexible hours where the work allows, and people who will be glad you joined.
