About the role

Qolaro is looking for motivated Field Sales Officers to represent LERE within their assigned territory. You will be responsible for identifying potential customers, visiting businesses in person, demonstrating LERE, handling objections, closing sales, and supporting customers…

You will work closely with a small, friendly team and take on more as you settle in. Most days start with a short catch-up, then plenty of time for the work itself.

• Look after the day-to-day running of your area
• Work with the people around you to plan the week ahead
• Share what you learn and help newer members of the team
• Keep things tidy, on time and to a high standard
