About the role

We're looking for a Purchasing Coordinator to run the operational side of every purchase order for two buyers at a fast-moving social commerce company. You will build approval packets, file item and vendor setup requests with the ERP partner, submit PO requests, check draft POs…

You will work closely with a small, friendly team and take on more as you settle in. Most days start with a short catch-up, then plenty of time for the work itself.

• Look after the day-to-day running of your area
• Work with the people around you to plan the week ahead
• Share what you learn and help newer members of the team
• Keep things tidy, on time and to a high standard
