About the role

ABOUT THE ROLE We are a venture studio. We research and validate ideas in-house, then bring in an Entrepreneur in Residence to turn the strongest of them into real companies. Each venture starts with a clear thesis, a budget and a small team already in place. As EIR, you lead one…

You will work closely with a small, friendly team and take on more as you settle in. Most days start with a short catch-up, then plenty of time for the work itself.

What you will do

• Look after the day-to-day running of your area
• Work with the people around you to plan the week ahead
• Share what you learn and help newer members of the team
• Keep things tidy, on time and to a high standard

About you

You care about doing good work, you are happy to ask questions, and you like being part of a team that looks out for each other.

What you get

Fair pay, time to learn, flexible hours where the work allows, and people who will be glad you joined.
