About the role

The Senior Payroll Accountant owns the accurate, timely and fully compliant delivery of payroll for all of Tatu City’s Kenyan legal entities. Beyond regular monthly payroll, the role manages a complex layer of additional pay elements — notably property sales commissions, bonuses,…

You will work closely with a small, friendly team and take on more as you settle in. Most days start with a short catch-up, then plenty of time for the work itself.

• Work with the people around you to plan the week ahead
• Share what you learn and help newer members of the team
• Keep things tidy, on time and to a high standard
