About the role

About the role Our client in the US is looking for a proactive, resourceful and highly organised Marketing & AI Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day running and growth of a business spanning bookkeeping services and e-commerce. This is a varied, hands-on role…

You will work closely with a small, friendly team and take on more as you settle in. Most days start with a short catch-up, then plenty of time for the work itself.

What you will do

• Look after the day-to-day running of your area
• Work with the people around you to plan the week ahead
• Share what you learn and help newer members of the team
• Keep things tidy, on time and to a high standard

About you

You care about doing good work, you are happy to ask questions, and you like being part of a team that looks out for each other.

What you get

Fair pay, time to learn, flexible hours where the work allows, and people who will be glad you joined.
