About the role

A US-based real estate investment and wholesaling firm, in business since 1999, is seeking a Virtual Operations & Marketing Coordinator to run its day-to-day marketing and operations. This is a full-time, fully remote role for someone who can own a CRM, manage high-volume SMS…

You will work closely with a small, friendly team and take on more as you settle in. Most days start with a short catch-up, then plenty of time for the work itself.

What you will do

• Look after the day-to-day running of your area
• Work with the people around you to plan the week ahead
• Share what you learn and help newer members of the team
• Keep things tidy, on time and to a high standard
