About the Role We are hiring an experienced Level 2 Technical Specialist for the company's cloud backup and recovery service. The role is roughly half technical support and data recovery, and half customer-facing work: running free trials, quoting new customers, growing…

You will work closely with a small, friendly team and take on more as you settle in. Most days start with a short catch-up, then plenty of time for the work itself.

What you will do

• Look after the day-to-day running of your area
• Work with the people around you to plan the week ahead
• Share what you learn and help newer members of the team
• Keep things tidy, on time and to a high standard
