About the Role As a Senior Instructional Designer, you will join Chime’s Operations and Member Experience Learning & Development team to design highly engaging, interactive, and modern learning strategies and experiences for our agents across our BPOs. You will apply your…

You will work closely with a small, friendly team and take on more as you settle in. Most days start with a short catch-up, then plenty of time for the work itself.

• Look after the day-to-day running of your area
• Work with the people around you to plan the week ahead
• Share what you learn and help newer members of the team
• Keep things tidy, on time and to a high standard
