ABOUT THE TEAM The Frontier Assurance team strengthens OpenAI’s safety decisions through independent expertise, rigorous assessment, and public transparency. We coordinate external evaluations of frontier models and safeguards, develop approaches such as embedded auditing, and…

You will work closely with a small, friendly team and take on more as you settle in. Most days start with a short catch-up, then plenty of time for the work itself.

• Look after the day-to-day running of your area
• Work with the people around you to plan the week ahead
• Share what you learn and help newer members of the team
• Keep things tidy, on time and to a high standard
