About the role

Help teach AI to understand natural, everyday Lao speech! AI tools need real human voices to improve accuracy. In this short project, you'll record sentences in Lao, helping build better speech recognition for Lao speakers everywhere. What you'll do ▷ Record 250 short sentences…

You will work closely with a small, friendly team and take on more as you settle in. Most days start with a short catch-up, then plenty of time for the work itself.

What you will do

• Look after the day-to-day running of your area
• Work with the people around you to plan the week ahead
• Share what you learn and help newer members of the team
• Keep things tidy, on time and to a high standard
