Frontier AI labs decide what direction their models need to take before the actual training starts. As a Senior Frontier Data Strategist on Scale's Generative AI team, you'll be a trusted voice in those decisions. You'll partner with research leads and senior stakeholders at…

You will work closely with a small, friendly team and take on more as you settle in. Most days start with a short catch-up, then plenty of time for the work itself.
