About the role

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY LILT is building speech and language datasets for AI in five languages: Balochi, Guarani, Luxembourgish, Turkmen and Uyghur. We are looking for Community Leads who are active in these language communities to help connect speakers with paid recording and…

You will work closely with a small, friendly team and take on more as you settle in. Most days start with a short catch-up, then plenty of time for the work itself.

What you will do

• Look after the day-to-day running of your area
• Work with the people around you to plan the week ahead
• Share what you learn and help newer members of the team
• Keep things tidy, on time and to a high standard
