About the Role We’re looking for a friendly, organised, and proactive Customer Onboarding & Success Specialist to join a growing technology platform that connects ABA (Applied Behaviour Analysis) providers with Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to help meet their staffing…

You will work closely with a small, friendly team and take on more as you settle in. Most days start with a short catch-up, then plenty of time for the work itself.

What you will do

• Look after the day-to-day running of your area
• Work with the people around you to plan the week ahead
• Share what you learn and help newer members of the team
• Keep things tidy, on time and to a high standard
