The Incident and Escalation Management team (IEM) is part of Datadog's Global Support Engineering (GSE) organization. IEM exists to continuously improve Datadog's overall customer experience during incidents and other critical moments. We're looking for experts with a…

You will work closely with a small, friendly team and take on more as you settle in. Most days start with a short catch-up, then plenty of time for the work itself.

• Look after the day-to-day running of your area
• Work with the people around you to plan the week ahead
• Share what you learn and help newer members of the team
• Keep things tidy, on time and to a high standard
