About the role

Job Description: As the Associate Director of Workforce Staffing Operations, reporting to Director, you will lead, execute, and continuously improve a best-in-class staffing delivery program to support hourly / non-exempt talent needs across the HelloFresh US distribution…

You will work closely with a small, friendly team and take on more as you settle in. Most days start with a short catch-up, then plenty of time for the work itself.

What you will do

• Look after the day-to-day running of your area
• Work with the people around you to plan the week ahead
• Share what you learn and help newer members of the team
• Keep things tidy, on time and to a high standard
