About the Role We are looking for a personable, tech-savvy Customer Onboarding & Software Support Specialist who enjoys learning new software and helping others use it confidently. You will work directly with clients, guiding them through onboarding, explaining how systems…

You will work closely with a small, friendly team and take on more as you settle in. Most days start with a short catch-up, then plenty of time for the work itself.

What you will do

• Look after the day-to-day running of your area
• Work with the people around you to plan the week ahead
• Share what you learn and help newer members of the team
• Keep things tidy, on time and to a high standard
